Section I-327 - Separation of ActionsA. Upon his own motion or that of any party, the presiding officer may separate actions which were cumulated or consolidated if he finds that separation would simplify the proceedings, would permit a more orderly disposition of the matter, or would otherwise be in the interest of justice.La.
