A. Parties in adjudications may include: 2. the respondent, applicant, or permittee; and3. an intervenor or other aggrieved person.B. Parties shall have the right to retain counsel to represent them but shall not be required to do so. Any retained counsel not licensed to practice in Louisiana shall comply with the provisions of R.S. 37:214.
