Section I-313 - Presiding Officer: Regulating AdjudicationsA. The presiding officer shall have the authority to regulate the course of the proceedings and maintain order.B. If any party fails to file briefs, memoranda, pleadings, or other documents as required; fails to appear at or participate in any conference, hearing, or other proceeding; fails to comply with the rules of this Chapter; or fails to comply with an order of the presiding officer, the presiding officer may take such appropriate measures in response to the party's action or omission as are necessary to maintain order and regulate the course of the proceedings, including but not limited to such measures as are specifically provided elsewhere in this Chapter.C. The time and place for adjudicatory proceedings shall be fixed by the presiding officer and reasonable notice thereof shall be provided to all parties.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § I-313
