A. It is the purpose of this Chapter to give notice of the standard department procedures for receiving and processing requests for copies of public records and to establish a department copy fee schedule in compliance with the Uniform Fee Schedule for Copies of Public Records (LAC 4:I.301), the Administrative Procedure Act (R.S. 49:950 et seq.), and the Louisiana Public Records Law (R.S. 44:1 et seq.).La.
