A. Pursuant to R.S. 30:2043, electronic documents will be accepted by the department in satisfaction of the requirements of department regulations, notwithstanding any other department regulation to the contrary.B. This Chapter provides for the submittal of electronic documents and electronic signatures to the department as original documents to meet requirements set forth in department regulations.La. Admin.
