Section I-1309 - SeverabilityA. If any provision of these regulations or the application thereof to any person, situation, or circumstance is for any reason adjudged invalid, the adjudication does not affect any other provision or application that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application; to this end, the provisions of these regulations are declared to be severable.La.
