Section I-1111 - Duty to Maintain ListA. The secretary shall maintain, in a place accessible to the public in the Office of the Secretary, a list of all petitions for declaratory rulings and declaratory rulings and an index to the list. The list shall identify the petitioner, the matter to be decided, and when applicable, the location of the activity or facility that is the subject of the petition. The list shall also include the date on which the petition is received, the date the secretary decides whether a declaratory ruling will be issued, the date the secretary sets for issuance of the ruling, the date the ruling issues, and the date of any request for modification or appeal.La.
