Section VII-507 - Distributions from the PlanA. The payment of benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan may be made by the trustee, or by any custodian or other person so authorized by the commission to make such distribution. Neither the commission, the trustee nor any other person shall be liable with respect to any distribution from the plan made at the direction of the employer or a person authorized by the employer to give disbursement direction.La.
