Section VII-315 - Multiple PlansA. Should a participant participate in more than one deferred compensation plan governed by IRC §457, the limitations set forth in LAC 32:VII.303 and 305 shall apply to all such plans considered together. For purposes of LAC 32:VII.303 and 305, compensation deferred shall be taken into account at its value in the later of the plan year in which deferred or the plan year in which such compensation is no longer subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture (within the meaning of IRC §457).La.
