Section VII-307 - Participant Modification of DeferralA. The participant shall be entitled to modify the amount (or percentage) of deferred compensation with respect to compensation payable no earlier than the payroll period after the first day of the next following month, or as soon as administratively practicable, if later, provided such modification is entered into by the participant and accepted by the commission. Notwithstanding the above, if a negative election procedure has been implemented pursuant to §301. A 4, a participant may enter into or modify a participation agreement at any time to provide for no deferral.La. Admin. Code tit. 32, § VII-307
