Section VII-111 - DelegationA. Subject to any applicable laws and any approvals required by the employer, the commission may delegate any or all of its powers and duties hereunder to another person, persons, or entity, and may pay reasonable compensation for such services as an administrative expense of the plan, to the extent such compensation is not otherwise paid.La.
