Section V-101 - OGB AuthorityA. Pursuant to R.S. 42:851H(1) OGB may adopt, administer, operate, or contract for all or a portion of the administration, operation, or both of a primary self-funded program or additional programs with premium rate structures and state contribution rates which are different from the primary program.La.
