Section XLIII-1103 - Compliance with Federal RulesA. The state board has the responsibility of complying with rules and regulations governing grants for educational purposes from the federal government or from any other person or agency, which are not in contravention to the Constitution and laws, and the authority to take all action necessary to achieve compliance.La.
