Section XLIII-212 - Information for SEAA. The LEA shall provide the LDE with information necessary to enable the LDE to carry out its duties under Part B of the IDEA including, with respect to §157 and §160, information relating to the performance of students with disabilities participating in programs carried out under Part B of the IDEA.La.
