Section XI-4105 - Reported Irregularities [Formerly LAC 28:LXXXIII.4105]

A. The LDE will determine and the SBESE shall approve a process for the public to report possible irregularities.

B. Anonymous complaints may be investigated.

C. All signed complaints shall be investigated.
