Section XCIII-701 - Establishment of Annual 8(g) Program and Budget; PrioritiesA. During every fiscal year, the board shall establish the 8(g) program and budget for the expenditure of support fund monies which are anticipated to become available in the subsequent fiscal year. In delineating the educational programs and objectives which shall constitute its 8(g) program, the board may establish one or more priorities. In developing the 8(g) budget, the board shall assign dollar amounts to each category program included in its proposed 8(g) program.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § XCIII-701
