Section VIII-303 - Application Review

A. Applications will be reviewed on a competitive basis and selections will be based on the following criteria:

1. heritage;

2. financial need;

3. short essay answers; and

4. academic performance.

B. All applications must be received or postmarked by the deadline date on the application.
