Section V-141 - Meeting AttendanceA. Members unable to continue their service on the advisory council shall so notify the chair and request that a replacement be named in accordance with §221 of these bylaws. Members who fail to regularly attend meetings without just cause, may be removed from membership in accordance with §221 of these bylaws.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § V-141
