Section LXXIX-707 - Class Size and RatioA. The maximum enrollment allowed in any class or section shall not exceed 35 students except in certain activity classes such as physical education, music, art, etc.B. The class size for pre-kindergarten developmental programs for four year-olds shall not exceed 20 children for one teacher. Schools that choose to use the assistance of a full-time aide may have a maximum of 30 children per class.C. The class size for pre-kindergarten developmental programs for three year-olds shall not exceed 13 children for one teacher.
