Section IX-327 - Sale of Ownership and Transfer of License [Formerly Section 325]A. In the event that an institution sells all or a majority interest in its ownership, it is required to notify the board of Regents of both expected and final sale. A review of the institution's operations and objectives will be required upon final sale to determine if the institution's operating license should be transferred to the new ownership. Any and all costs associated with the Board of Regents' review will be borne by the new ownership of the institution.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § IX-327
