Section III-511 - Denial of Recommendation of License and Commission HearingA. If the commission or commissioner recommends the denial of a license, the commission shall hold a hearing upon the applicant's request, as provided in R.S. 17:3140.6. The applicant may appear in person or by counsel and may present evidence in support of granting the license. The decision or order resulting from a hearing before the commission is subject to rehearing, reopening, or reconsideration by the commission within 10 days from the date of its entry on the grounds set forth in R.S.49:959 and in accordance with the procedures therein.La.
