Section I-1109 - Expenditure of Public Education MoniesA. All public education funds, in particular all state and federal monies, shall be allocated and expended in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies. Any public employee of the board office who knowingly recommends or authorizes contract awards and/or expenditure of funds in violation of federal and state laws and/or BESE regulations or policies shall be subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal from employment.La.
