Section I-105 - Effective PeriodA. These rules shall take effect upon final adoption by the board and in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). These rules shall expire upon adoption of other rules by the board in accordance with the APA.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § I-105
