Section CXXXVII-101 - IntroductionA. A critical component to ensuring that the goals of the state's School and District Accountability System are achieved is the placement of effective administrators at every school. In order for this to be attained, attention must be focused on building leadership capacity at both the school and district levels. Utilizing the standards for educational leaders, educational leaders are strongly encouraged to examine organizational structures, their enacted roles, and day-to-day operations to ensure they are leading the way for school success by keeping the focus on enhanced student achievement.La.
