Section CXV-717 - Reports of High School CreditA. A finalized list of graduates shall be submitted by the state-approved high school accompanied by the assurance statement signed by both the principal and the superintendent of the LEA in order to receive diplomas. 1. Prior to February 15 for mid-term graduates and prior to June 15 for spring graduates, a certificate of high school credits for each graduate shall be submitted by each state-approved high school as required.2. A certificate of high school credits (transcript) shall be submitted by the state-approved high school in order for a diploma to be issued to those students graduating or exiting at times other than mid-term and spring.3. Upon receipt of the finalized list of graduates, the LDE will issue the diplomas.B. Prior to the date of graduation or options program completion, the LDE shall have the authority to determine the issuance of a diploma or an options program skill certificate.La. Admin.
