Section CXLV-901 - Certification of PersonnelA. For schools directly operated by the RSD, and those schools operated by the RSD in partnership with a university, those schools' personnel shall meet the certification requirements set forth in Bulletin 741- Louisiana Handbook for School Administrators (public schools).B. For charter schools operating within the RSD, the charter operator shall meet the certification requirements of its instructional staff, for its type of charter, as set forth in Bulletin 126- Charter Schools.La.
