Section CXI-111 - Limitations on Public Release of Assessment DataA. When the total N-count in any reporting category or group on an assessment report is nine or less, do not release the assessment data publicly.B. When the total N-count in any reporting category or group on an assessment report is ten or greater and all students are reported at one achievement level, do not release the assessment data publicly.La.
