Section CXI-105 - Testing and AccountabilityA. Every school shall participate in a school accountability system based on student achievement as approved by the SBESE.B. Under No Child Left Behind (NCLB), the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 2002, a state's definition of Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) must apply the same high standards of academic achievement to all public elementary and secondary school students in the state and result in continuous and substantial academic improvement for all students, including students with disabilities.C.
