Section CLXV-517 - CCAP Household Reporting Requirements [Formerly Section 507]

A. A CCAP household shall report any change that affects CCAP eligibility or the calculation of the amount of the monthly CCAP payment.

B. Changes in the following shall be reported within 10 days of knowledge of the change:

1. changes in the households gross monthly income, if the households gross monthly income changes to more than 85 percent of state medium income;

2. a change in provider; or

3. a child receiving CCAP leaves the household.
