Section CLXV-501 - Certification of Household Eligibility for Participation in CCAPA. The household in which a child in need of child care resides must be certified by the department as eligible for participation in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) in order to have CCAP payments made to a child care provider for the care of the child. No CCAP payments may be made for care of the child until the household in which the child resides is certified by the department.B.
