Section CLXI-905 - Change in License TypeA. To change license type, an early learning center shall submit a written request to change its license type and a $25 change fee using the departments online electronic system.B. Upon receipt of the written request and fee, and verification of substantial compliance with the applicable licensing regulations, the department shall issue a replacement license of the new type to the center and the center shall surrender its existing license to the department.La.
