Section CLV-901 - General Audits and Financial ReviewsA. The department shall annually conduct an audit of a school tuition organization. The department shall bar a school tuition organization from participating in the program authorized under this Section if the school tuition organization intentionally or substantially fails to comply with the requirements of this Bulletin.La.
