Section CLI-101 - Purpose, Scope, and EffectA. The purpose of this bulletin is to provide rules to govern the implementation of R.S. 17:4002 et seq., the "course providers" (hereafter, the "Course Choice Program").B. This bulletin is established to set forth the requirements for participating in the Course Choice Program, the principles and requirements of authorizing a course provider, the student funding structure, and the implementation of and enactment of regulatory requirements that must be met in the operation of the Course Choice Program.La.
