Section I-199 - Unlawful Removal of Burial FurnitureA. Whoever without authority of law knowingly excavates an Indian burial site with the intention and for the purpose of taking and removing burial furniture shall be subject to punishment as provided for in R.S. 8:653, R.S. 41:1611, and other applicable law.La.
