A. The purpose of the Louisiana Archaeological Survey and Antiquities Commission is to promote the goals and objectives of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism and to act in an advisory capacity to that department and its secretary in their administration of the Archaeological Resources Act (R.S. 41:1602).La.
