Section XV-1707 - Notice of Impending Fiscal Crisis, Excessive Caseload, or BothA. When a district defender or board staff projects that a district will experience a fiscal crisis or an excessive workload, or both, during the next 12 months, the district defender or board staff, as the case may be, shall give notice to the other within 7 days of making such projection.La.
