Section XI-903 - Sex Offenders; GeneralA.Sex Offender-an offender/parolee who has been convicted for the commission, attempted commission, or conspiracy to commit any offense as cited in R.S. 15:541, or the equivalent, if committed in another jurisdiction.B. The committee will consider any offender who has been convicted of a sex offense, when the law permits parole consideration for that offense and the offender is otherwise eligible.C. In addition to any other notification requirement imposed by law, any sex offender released on parole shall be required to register and provide notification as a sex offender in accordance with R.S. 15:542 et seq.D. Any sex offender released on parole shall be required to comply with the prohibitions and conditions of parole detailed in 15:538 et seq.E. Any sex offender released on parole shall be required to comply with conditions of R.S. 15:574.2.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § XI-903
