Section IX-307 - Juveniles Tried as AdultsA. If a person under 17 years of age is prosecuted as an adult in a court exercising criminal jurisdiction, the guidelines should be applied in the same manner as though the person were an adult.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § IX-307
