Section III-9701 - Visual InspectionA. Electronic monitoring equipment worn by a monitored individual shall undergo visual inspection by the provider at least once per month.B. During the inspection, the provider shall assess that the electronic monitoring equipment is properly affixed to the monitored individual and that the condition of the equipment accords with proper functioning and compliance with operational standards.
