Section III-5903 - IntroductionA. All programs assigned by the commission to the Drug Policy and Violent Crime Advisory Board shall be governed by the rules set forth in this Section, unless explicitly removed from one or more of them by a vote of the commission upon the recommendation of the Drug Policy and Violent Crime Advisory Board.La.
