Section III-511 - Privacy and Security Form Number 7A. Every primarily affected agency or secondarily affected agency, excluding courts, which enters into an agreement permitting an eligible agency access to criminal history record information shall employ LCLE-Privacy and Security Form No. 7 for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation imposed by this regulation.La.
