Section III-507 - Eligible Noncriminal Justice AgencyA. An eligible noncriminal justice agency, for purposes of this Part, shall constitute every noncriminal justice agency receiving access to criminal history records on a regular and recurring basis or on any basis other than the established procedures under the Louisiana Public Records Law.La.
