A. Under Louisiana Law (R.S. 15:575 et seq.) an officer or official of a criminal justice agency may be subject to a fine between $50 and $500 for violating any rules or regulations issued by the Louisiana Criminal Justice Information System.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § III-313
