Section III-1507 - Quality Assurance AuditsA. There are basically two types of quality assurance audits required periodically. The systematic audit is required of an agency which collects, maintains and disseminates CHRI as a means of minimizing errors or omissions in the completeness and accuracy of the records. This audit is actually a quality control mechanism and will usually be performed on a periodic and regular basis by the agency itself. In contrast, the annual audit is an examination by an outside agency of the extent to which an agency is complying with the regulations.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § III-1507
