Section III-1315 - Log Period; VerificationA. All logs are to be preserved for a period of not less than one year from the earliest date of release of information or notification of correction. Logs will be made available for audit and verification of compliance with the regulations by the commission, the privacy and security committee or their designated staff members at such time as they may require.La.
