Section VII-2913 - Amount of InvestmentA. A qualified or eligible fund led by a non-profit entity may receive an investment equal to $1 of LEDC funds for each $2 of funds privately raised by the applicant fund. The maximum total dollar amount of an LEDC investment in an eligible fund shall not exceed $10,000,000.B. Any other qualified or eligible fund may receive an investment equal to $1 of LEDC funds for each $4 of funds privately raised by the applicant fund. The maximum total dollar amount of an LEDC investment in an eligible fund shall not exceed $10,000.000.C. Subject to availability of SSBCI funding and associated allocation to this program.La. Admin.
