Section VII-2713 - Contract between LEDC and ApplicantA. LEDC and applicant shall enter into such terms of agreement as may be customary in the industry for the creation and maintenance of Venture Capital Funding, provided that the agreement shall fully reflect the representations made by applicant as provided in Qualification for Award and Investment Criteria as set forth above.La.
