Section VII-2707 - EligibilityA. In order to be eligible for an award pursuant to this program, the applicant and company must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the board that the award sought must be consistent with the provisions set forth above, and the applicant and company must demonstrate a need for the award consistent with the requirements set forth below. Where it is represented that certain contingent actions will be taken in order to comply with these conditions, then the LEDC may, upon recommendation of the LED and its contract monitor, withhold funding until there is substantial performance of the contingencies.La.
