Section III-1707 - Construction Bids under $200,000A. Construction of Public Works (under $200,000). The Facility Planning and Control Section of the Division of Administration shall set aside each fiscal year, for exclusive participation by minority-owned businesses, 10 percent of all contracts for the construction of public works less than $200,000 to be awarded by competitive bidding.La.
