Section III-1105 - Petition Reconsidered or Reviewed by OMBEA. Upon receipt of a petition for reconsideration, OMBE shall review its original decision, plus any additional information provided by the applicant, and may conduct further investigations as necessary OMBE shall respond to the request for reconsideration within 30 calendar days of receipt of the petition for reconsideration, via certified mail, return receipt requested. The response shall contain specific reason(s) why the decision has been upheld or overturned.La. Admin. Code tit. 19, § III-1105
